Fresh Ohio Beef
Beef is sourced from E.R. Boliantz Co. in Ashland. Meat is Ohio farm-raised, hand-selected and includes USDA Choice Beef and USDA Prime Beef. Year-round, we offer Delmonico, ribeye, filet, sirloin, London broil, ground check, English roast and chuck roast, among other cuts — all with perfect, flavorful marbling. Guests like to stock up on fresh meat when they visit the market.
Choice Pork
Juicy pork steaks and chops, boneless and bone-in, along with roasts and country ribs are some of the daily selections we offer. Generously cut and packaged to your liking, this is not your typical grocery store thin-sliced pork.
Poultry
The market offers Ohio-raised and antibiotic-free Gerber’s chicken from Amish Country. This third-generation family business feeds chickens a vegetarian diet, and they are free to roam. Choose from a variety of package sizes and varieties, including chicken breasts, tenders, thighs, wings and whole chickens.
Market-Made Bacon
